How it works

Register

Register for the AIBS NSW/ACT Conference 2026 with a non-member ticket for the full two days.

2.

Attend

Attend the conference and connect with industry professionals.

3.

Receive code

You’ll receive an exclusive promotional membership code after the conference.

4.

Apply

Submit your AIBS Accredited Membership application and pay the application fee within 3 months of attending the conference.

Your accreditation application will then be assessed by AIBS

Your accreditation application will be sent to our National Accreditation Panel for assessment. Assessment typically takes up to a month, and the panel may contact you for additional information. Once approved, your first year of membership fees will be waived.

 

Am I eligible?

You may be eligible if you:

✓ Are a non-member of AIBS; or
✓ Were previously an AIBS member whose membership lapsed before 1 July 2021 (prior to the commencement of the Professional Standards Scheme).
✓ Are attending an eligible participating AIBS conference
✓ Purchase a non-member two-day conference ticket
✓ Submit a valid AIBS Accredited Membership application within 3 months of attending the conference

AIBS reserves the right to verify qualifications.
