How do I log in to AIBS OnDemand?

You can log in using your AIBS account email and password. If you’re unsure of your login details, please contact the AIBS Member Services Team on 1300 312 427. If you don’t yet have an account, you can create one via the AIBS website. An AIBS membership is not required to access AIBS OnDemand.

How do I create an AIBS account?

To access AIBS OnDemand, you’ll need an AIBS account. Simply follow the prompts on the AIBS website to create an account by entering your details and setting a password. Once completed, you’ll be able to log in and access AIBS OnDemand.

How do I watch videos on AIBS OnDemand?

AIBS OnDemand includes both free and paid content.

Free videos can be viewed once you are logged in. Paid videos must be purchased before they can be accessed.

How do I access videos I’ve purchased?

Purchased videos are added to your playlist.

You can access them at any time via the “My Playlist” section on the AIBS OnDemand homepage.

How do I access my invoice?

An invoice will be emailed to you after your purchase.

If you can’t locate it, please check your junk or spam folder. If it’s still missing, contact the AIBS Member Services Team.

How many CPD points will I receive?

CPD points vary depending on the length and content of each video. The number of CPD points available is displayed on each video.

How do I submit CPD from AIBS OnDemand?

To claim CPD for eligible AIBS OnDemand content, you must complete the full length of the video.

Depending on the content, you will either:

complete the associated quiz, or
submit a statutory declaration (Stat Dec).

Once completed, you will need to manually log the CPD activity in your AIBS CPD log, including supporting evidence (e.g. quiz confirmation or Stat Dec).

How do quizzes work on AIBS OnDemand?

Quizzes are only available on select older AIBS OnDemand videos.

Where a quiz is provided, you’ll need to complete it as part of the CPD process. All questions must be answered correctly.

If you do not achieve a perfect score, you can retake the quiz as many times as needed. After each attempt, you’ll be able to review your answers and follow the prompts to try again.

How do I request a CPD certificate?

If you require a CPD certificate, please submit your request via email to [email protected].

When contacting us, include your name and details of the AIBS OnDemand content you completed to help us process your request promptly.
