 Organisations booking five or more delegates may be eligible for a group discount.

To arrange a group booking:

1. Complete the Group Booking Form.
2. Email the completed form to [email protected].
3. An AIBS team member will confirm receipt and advise the total cost once the group discount has been applied.

Join us for a relaxed evening of networking with peers, speakers and industry partners on Monday, 25 May at 5pm. This social event is an opportunity to continue the conversation, strengthen professional connections and unwind with colleagues from across the chapter.

Name Tag & Satchel Collection
Name tag and satchel collection is from 7:30am on Monday 25 May and will be located in foyer just outside the Astral room. 

Accommodation bookings are exclusively available online using the links provide on the AIBS page below. The links will remain open until Friday 15 May, after this time the group rates will no longer be available. Booking outside of the main group date may be available, subject to availability, at the hotels best available rate. 

Credit card details will be required when making reservations. Please note that as pre-payment is not required, credit cards will not be charged at this time, instead you will be required to present your credit card and/or make payment upon arrival. 

Please note a charge equal to the full length stay will be charged by Crown to the applicable cred card for any rooms cancelled less than 30 days prior to the arrival date or any non-arrival booked rooms. 

Rates are valid for stays between Saturday 23 and Thursday 28 May 2026. Please be aware accommodation charges for the Friday and Saturday nights are at a higher rate, full details can be found when you click on the links.

Cancellation Policy:
Any cancellations less than 30 days prior to your stay will incur charges equivalent to the full length of the stay.
