How to book as a group

 

 Organisations booking five or more delegates may be eligible for a group discount.

To arrange a group booking:

  1. Complete the Group Booking Form.
  2. Email the completed form to [email protected].
  3. An AIBS team member will confirm receipt and advise the total cost once the group discount has been applied.

Please note:

  • Discounts apply to bookings of five or more registered at the same time.
  • Group discounts do not apply to Early Bird or Student rates.

Annual Dinner

 

Join us for a relaxed evening of networking with peers, speakers and industry partners on Thursday, 16 July at 7:00pm. This social event is an opportunity to continue the conversation, strengthen professional connections and unwind with colleagues from across the chapter.

The QLD/NT Conference will be held at Sofitel Brisbane Central. This venue is 19 kilometers from Brisbane Airport and is only steps away from Central Station and Roma Street Station.

Name tag & satchel collection is from 7:30am on Thursday 16 July and will be located in the foyer just outside Ballroom 1 & 2. 

Accommodation

 

Bookings must be made by 14 June 2026 to access this special rate. A valid credit card is required to secure your reservation, with payment to be made on arrival. All rooms are subject to availability at the time of booking. 

Delegates attending the AIBS QLD/NT Conference can access exclusive AIBS conference rates at the Sofitel Brisbane Central. Rates start from $309 per night for room and breakfast for one person of from $344 per night for room and breakfast for two.
