Terms And Conditions of Entry

• Draw will take place in the AIBS office on Friday 28 July
• Eligible registrations must be AIBS Member full conference registrations, and must be processed before 28 July 2017
• Eligible registrations must be paid in full before Friday 28 July 2017 to be in the draw.
• Winner will be contacted by phone/email and winners name announced on the AIBS conference page
• Winner of iPad must be present at the Victoria Chapter Conference to take collection of their iPad
Registration and Cancellation Policy
- All registrations are for a single delegate for the entire conference or day, no individual session registrations accepted. CPD points will only be awarded to the registered delegate.
- Full conference registrations cannot be split for different delegates on different days.
- Day registrations cannot be split for different delegates on different sessions.
- Cancellation
- More than 30 days - full refund applies.
- 14-30 days - 80% refund.
- 7 - 14 days - 50% refund.
- Less than 7 days - no refund.
- No substitution of delegates against full or day registrations without the written confirmation of the Conference Convener.
- No substitution of registered delegate during the daily sessions.

Payment Terms
- Net 14 days. Registrations made within 14 days of the event are required to be paid PRIOR to the event date, regardless of invoice date. No exceptions will be permitted.
- Member prices are only available to current financial AIBS Members
- To qualify for early bird pricing, please note that payment must be made in full prior to the close of early bird. If payment is not made by this time, the invoice will be adjusted to reflect the full conference price.
