The winner for the draw will be selected from all eligible registrations before midnight Friday 8 February 2019, and will be notified by phone or email on Monday 11 February 2019 .

Terms and Conditions of Entry
Prize: Full registration to the NCC 2019 Changes Symposium
- Draw will take place in the AIBS office on Monday 11 February 2019
- Registrations must be processed before midnight, 8 February 2019 to be in the draw
- Registrations must be paid in full before midnight 8 February 2019 to be in the draw
- Winner will be contacted by phone/email and winner's name announced on the AIBS conference page
- Winner will receive a full registration to the NCC 2019 Changes Symposium*
- Prize is not transferable
*prize does not include flights and accommodation
Registration and Cancellation Policy
- All registrations are for a single delegate for the entire conference or day, no individual session registrations accepted.
- CPD points will only be awarded to the registered delegate.
- Full conference registrations cannot be split for different delegates on different days.
- Day registrations cannot be split for different delegates on different sessions.
- Refunds will be provided for cancellation as follows:
- More than 30 days before the first day of the conference - full refund
- Between 7 and 30 days before the first day of the conference - 50% refund
- Less than 7 days before the first day of the event - no refund.

Payment Terms
- All registrations are confirmed upon completion of registration and issue of an invoice
- Payment terms on all invoices are the earlier of 14 days from the date of invoice, or prior to the first day of the event (where registration is completed and invoice issued less than 14 days from the first day of the event).
- Any cancellation of registrations for conferences must be made in writing to [email protected]. A failure to make payment in accordance with the above terms will not be accepted as a valid cancellation.
