Terms and Conditions of Entry
Prize: Refund for early bird registration
- Draw will take place in the AIBS office on 16 April 2018
- Eligible registrations must be an AIBS member full conference registration, and must be processed before midnight, 13 April 2018
- Eligible registrations must be paid in full before midnight 13 April 2018 to be in the draw
- Winner will be contacted by phone/email and winner's name announced on the AIBS conference page
- Winner will receive a full refund of $1085 (sent to where the invoice was billed to)
By registering for any training event or conference, you accept and agree to these terms and conditions.
Registration and Cancellation Policy
- All registrations are for a single delegate for the entire conference or day, no individual session registrations accepted.
- CPD points will only be awarded to the registered delegate.
- Full conference registrations cannot be split for different delegates on different days.
- Day registrations cannot be split for different delegates on different sessions.
- Refunds will be provided for cancellation as follows:
- More than 30 days before the first day of the conference - full refund
- Between 7 and 30 days before the first day of the conference - 50% refund
- Less than 7 days before the first day of the event - no refund.

Payment Terms
- All registrations are confirmed upon completion of registration and issue of an invoice
- Payment terms on all invoices are the earlier of 14 days from the date of invoice, or prior to the first day of the event (where registration is completed and invoice issued less than 14 days from the first day of the event).
- Any cancellation of registrations for conferences must be made in writing to [email protected]. A failure to make payment in accordance with the above terms will not be accepted as a valid cancellation.
